Who is responsible

CAIB is operated under cyber-empire.world, an individually operated brand. Privacy requests may be sent to the support address below.

Local reply processing

CAIB recognizes, analyzes and arranges webpage replies locally on your device. The layout functionality does not require conversation content to be uploaded to a developer server. Third-party AI websites process data under their own privacy policies. If you choose to send examples to support, remove private conversation content first.

Website and browser storage

This website uses browser local storage to remember your selected language. Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery and may process IP addresses, request details and security information under its own policies. We do not use this website to upload your AI conversations or track them for advertising.

Purchase, authorization and support

When you purchase or request support, we and the applicable transaction services process the email address, order or subscription status and information necessary to handle that request. Authorization uses a device or installation-instance identifier and necessary authorization records to verify access and manage instance limits. We do not use IP addresses for device binding or intentionally collect or retain them for authorization. Services receiving network requests can see the source IP; hosting and payment providers may process it under their own policies. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or private conversation content to support.

Purposes and email

Necessary information is used for order or authorization verification, customer support, service notices and security. We do not sell user email addresses. Marketing is separate from essential service messages; where consent is required, it must be obtained separately and users must be able to unsubscribe. A payment email address is not itself blanket consent to advertising.

Payment and other providers

The seller and payment service for your purchase are identified at checkout and in the receipt. Their privacy policies apply to their processing. Where applicable, Lemon Squeezy or Paddle acts as the reseller for orders through it; Stripe processes direct payments. Necessary information may also be handled by hosting and email providers to deliver the website, receipts or support, including in other countries where those providers operate. Applicable legal safeguards and privacy rights continue to apply.

Retention, protection and rights

We use reasonable measures to protect necessary information. Authorization records are retained as needed to verify and manage the license; order and support records are retained as needed to fulfill the transaction, handle requests or disputes and meet legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Browser language preferences remain until you change or clear them. You may request access, correction or deletion, or exercise other applicable privacy rights, through support. Records required by law may need to be retained.
